About Us
We are a small team consisting of compassionate admin staff, talented technical team and our dedicated Clinical Director, Suzanne Cole.
Suzanne is a fully qualified nurse with over thirteen years’ experience in supporting individuals, children and families with their physical and emotional health needs. Suzanne currently specialises in child neurodiversity within the NHS and has completed an MSc in Psychology.
In addition to her masters, Suzanne is also accredited with a Level 4 diploma in Psychological Therapies, including CBT. All sessions can be conducted either remotely, face-to-face or a blend of both, and we are fully insured and DBS checked.
Calming Minds Clinic offers private 1-1 counselling, with a warm, empathetic and non-judgmental approach. Maintaining humanistic values at its core, sessions are gestalt and person-centred, however, always working collaboratively with clients.
The clinic also offers creative ways of supporting your healing journey. Supplementing conversation with art and music therapy techniques can be hugely beneficial and ensures treatments aren’t restrictive.
Suzanne is continuing her journey into psychology and advanced nursing and will be able to offer more services within the coming months.
